Designed for those who seek luxury, elegance, and adventure! - APARTMENT: Designed using contrasting styles and a nature & exotic-based theme, the apartment provides unforgettable housing for a couple, group of friends, or family with utmost comfort❤️ The living area is stylishly decorated with nature elements contrasting the walls and features high ceilings and great windows. The two bedrooms have very comfortable double beds, air conditioners, and a timeless simplicity combining a two-centuries-old apartment story and quality wooden floors with sumptuous beds and luxury furnishings⭐ There are 2 bathrooms - one with a bathtub, the other is en-suite and has a shower - with high-design bath fixtures. The kitchen is fully equipped and features high-end details✨ The bed sizes are 160*200cm (en-suite), 140*200cm, and 70x190cm (⚠️not suitable for an adult). - EXPERIENCES: Within walking distance, Lisbon's best experiences: - ✈️Transportation: sightseeing bus stop (hop on/hop off), metro stations Baixa-Chiado and Rossio are down the block as are many key-route bus and tram stops, and the train station. - ⛲Culture: all main sights, attractions, tours, Fado music, museums, and more within 15 minutes walking range; - ☕Food: an infinite choice of restaurants with great Portuguese food, ranging from popular to 2 Stars Michelin or the TimeOut Market, many delicious pastries shops, ice cream parlours, cafés, wine-tasting shops, etc. within 15 minutes walking range; - ✌Fun: Lisbon’s renowned nightlife with its maze of bars and clubs at just 10 minutes walking distance at Bairro Alto, and Cais do Sodré with its famous pink street; - ⛱️Sun & Beach: the Tagus River with its bank promenade and sunbathing area is down the street, only a 6-minute walk. The gorgeous beaches of Cascais are only a 15-minute train or Uber ride away. - ⚜️Shopping: wineries, cheese, fashion, gold - HOME OFFICE: Perfectly set up for home office: fast wifi with 500Mbps (fibre), working desk and chair. Fully equipped including a washing machine and an optional 24" PC monitor (extra fee, minimum 7 days-stay). All services at walking distance: supermarket, pharmacy, hospital, restaurants, and cafés. Uber Eats is also available. - CAR PARKING: We sell secure parking for your car, in a covered parking lot at Praça da Figueira (300 meters away from your apartment) for 22€ per 24 hours. 2 street EV chargers⚡ are available at 400 metres. It’s close to everything and everywhere we want to see and do in this nice city, walking or taking public transportation. There are many nice eating places nearby and supermarket is just a few minutes away. The place is in a busy central location, but on a quiet street and away from the tourists and noise. Apartment itself is even nicer then the pictures showed and is very upscale. Everything we needed during our stay is provided and in high quality. Olivier is such a great host. Communicating with him is super easy and quick, no matter it’s before or during our stay. He went beyond to help us with our luggage situations, we are very appreciated.
