Bookings are tracked via per-apartment links and a lightweight confirmation step — we don't sit in the rent payment flow.

    Share your name, email, and a few details about the property (city, unit count, typical stay length). Takes under two minutes.

    Longpad sets up your listing

    We review the property and create your listing with a unique tracked link. Each apartment gets its own link so inquiries are attributed correctly.

    A nomad books — you confirm, we invoice

    When a booking is made via your tracked link, you mark it as confirmed. We issue a flat €25 booking fee invoice — no commission, no percentage of rent, no hidden charges.
